Well I couldn’t wait to write this review I have had a nose piercing for nearly 4 and a half years , I had to change it for a job and bought a retainer from Claire’s, I put the retainer in and it was way to small and reacted with my skin, It kept trying to sink into my skin therefore I couldn’t remove it myself. I called up Zink and explained my problem to Dani, she told me I could come in anytime and she would have a look and see what she could do to help me. ... I went in and she cleaned and helped me pick to right size jewellery for my piercing , although it was painful to change because the retainer from Claire’s had inflamed my nose, Dani was really understanding and changed the stud as quick and carefully as she could. Within about 2 hours of getting home my nose instantly felt better, and is now on its way to healing. This isn’t a usual situation but I’m so grateful to Dani for helping me, and the rest of the staff at Zink for being very friendly! I would highly recommend Zink And if anybody can learn something from my story is buy your jewellery from piercing shops and not Claire’s ! See more

Cara pierced my tongue today and she was so lovely ! Happy and chatty, which definitely calmed my nerves.. a little bit ! It is very clean and I’m in love with my piecing ! I will definitely go back !

Came here earlier with my daughter to get our helix piercings and the lady who pierced our ears was very professional and great to talk to. I've had a few piercings here now. After using a different piercing studio in the past and running into issues, I've had none here and can't recommend them enough. Very clean surroundings, lovely staff, and a wonderful experience all around.

I got my helix done here today with my daughter and the lady who did our piercings was very professional and put my daughter at ease about the procedure too. We are both extremely happy with our piercings. I've had a few done here and never had an issue with them. I will be back for more! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Where to even begin!! I went into Zink Canterbury to have my second dermal and septum peirced. I was very nervous about getting a second dermal as the last one I had done was under anesthetic (don't even ask...) Both the ladies I saw where extremely helpful and professional throughout my entire consultation (I believe it was Beth & Gerogie) and Beth is a fantastic piercer and didn't hurt me at all! I was so happy with the result I cried after as I had been putting off completing my desired look for over 5 years. Cannot recommend these girls enough they are both brilliant at their work. Thank you again I could not be happier! (Photo taken day after initial peirceing in comments.)

Came across Zinc by chance on a trip to Canterbury and having an itch for more Piercings went in and I'm happy I did,the two "young ladies" were very helpful in advising which would look good,and I went with two cheek piercings,the whole experience could not have been more professional,the care and time taken to get the Piercings correct and the cheerful nature of those two made it just awesome,so much better than the piercing studio I usually go to,worth more than just five stars.Many thanks for a great job.Colin.😊

The lady who did my rook piercing was very nice. She was confident in what she was doing, and was super quick so minimal pain. Its not the cheapest place, standard pricing for Canterbury, but with piercings and tattoo you dont want to be a cheap skate and risk it turning out bad.

I got my nose pierced here , and know friends who got their ears pierced here too, and I cannot recommend them more. The staff are so so friendly and welcoming, as well as super professional and they all know exactly what they are doing. They even let me chose which music I wanted the store to play!! Would definitely recommend, good prices for the experience and professionalism you get, and I can't wait to go back there!

Came across Zinc by chance on a trip to Canterbury and having an itch for more Piercings went in and I'm happy I did,the two "young ladies" were very helpful in advising which would look good,and I went with two cheek piercings,the whole experience could not have been more professional,the care and time taken to get the Piercings correct and the cheerful nature of those two made it just awesome,so much better than the piercing studio I usually go to,worth more than just five stars.Many thanks for a great job.Colin.😊
