I had my lobe ears pierced here almost a month ago. The piercing in itself was good and the piercer was professional. However, the reason why I am giving a low rating was because of the customer service. The piercer told me after my piercing that they had run out of piercing solution, but would get some the next day after noon. This was okay, as I would be happy to come in then to collect.
The next day I arrive, to be met with 4 employees, lazying on the shop floor, telling me they didn't have any solution, and that it would come in "maybee next week, maybee the week after"
How do you not know when you will be getting items that are vital to the treatment...?
The lady with the short hair cut told me I should contact THEM on Facebook to see when it would come in.... like LOL why should I do your job for you?
Long story short, I had to be pro-active and give them my number to contact me. I was given no apology for my time being wasted. Then sure enough, they never contacted me back. I was therefore overcharged for the piercing as I did not get the full service.
From my experience, the employees have a lack of understanding what true customer service is, and how to deliver it.

I don’t like to stereotype but sometimes walking into a tattoo place can feel a little bit intimidating. Not the case here. All of the staff are very friendly and you are made to feel welcome straight away. I have had 2 tattoos done here and they were big day long sessions that I had. Both times Marley has done them and she is friendly and professional. My most recent tattoo was on my foot and she put me at ease before we started. We stopped for regular breaks and went at my pace and the hygiene level in her studio is incredibly high. I should mention that both of my tattoos have healed beautifully and that the after care instructions are always spot on.
If you are thinking of getting a tattoo and you want to go to a friendly place then I would totally recommend here.

Place is clean and friendly, made me feel very comfortable and was busy which I took as a good sign. Staff were friendly and helpful and I was happy with my piercing.

I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced the other day and the girls there were just fantastic. My daughter managed to scream the place down but the piercer was so calm and relaxed, and my daughter left the building loving her flower studs. I then decided to get a Medusa piercing and it was practically painless. I only use Belly Bar for piercings and can't recommend them enough. Fantastic, friendly and professional. I promise I won't bring my daughter back any time soon though �

Don't you think you would be best taking ID from two of my Daughters before they pay £45.00 each for a small tattoo rather then taking their money then taking ID the day they turn up for the tat and you refusing to refund them as they were only 17 come on you've got it all the wrong way around fancy robbing two kids :(

I would only ever recommend The Belly Bar for piercings. We had a bit of a family piercing day....starting with my 6 yr old daughters ears. The girls made her feel totally at ease, and turned what could have been potentially tearful, into a positive piercing experience!! (she is SO happy with her new stars) Then my 16 year old had her ears pierced again, and then my partner got his nose pierced!! The place has such a friendly warm feel, it was clean, everyone was happy!! Thanks Ladies!!

Fantastic place. Had 2 piercings from here. Lovely jewellery to choose from and they happily change it for you. Had a problem with my nose piercing (turned out I'm an excessive sweller) and they changed it to a bigger bar no problem. After care here is as good as the initial sale. Highly recommend.

they have cameras in the piercing room which was weird as i got my nipples pierced. kind of unethical and felt uncomfortable but i guess the experience was okay. the staff was nice.

Fantastic place, great friendly and approachable staff! I visited after a recommendation when looking for a new studio after moving to the area. Beth started my triple conch piercing 3 weeks ago at the zink branch and finished it today at belly bar. I have quite a few piercings and Beth is by far the best piercer I've used, no way I'd go to anyone else now! They have a great range of jewellery too, I've already started upgrading what's in my previous piercings! Thanks guys, see you soon! � x

All staff were super friendly and I can not remember the ladies name that pierced me; short orange / yellow hair. She was fabulous. She made me feel so relaxed and at ease. Even put up with me swearing! (Because it does hurt) Thanks so much guys! ���

Went in for piercing today, Katie made me feel very comfortable and was very kind, putting up with me swearing and being a pu**y! All the girls made me less nervous, and gave me all the information I needed. They also encouraged my to come back if I have even the slightest worry or problem with my new piercings.

Clean and nice. Good priced jewellery but if you look around you can get piercings done cheaper elsewhere. Tattoos normal price but cant comment on the quality

Really clean and immaculately laid out with friendly and helpful staff, who are also very reassuring. Appointments are readily available for piercings, they'll really try and fit you in if they're busy. I'd recommend them if you want a proper piercing, done by the book, hygienically and with someone who cares. I haven't seen much of the tattoos but they have plenty of photos available to view their work.

I had my lobe ears pierced here almost a month ago. The piercing in itself was good and the piercer was professional. However, the reason why I am giving a low rating was because of the customer service. My daughter managed to scream the place down but the piercer was so calm and relaxed, and my daughter left the building loving her flower studs. Really clean and immaculately laid out with friendly and helpful staff, who are also very reassuring. Appointments are readily available for piercings, they'll really try and fit you in if they're busy.
