So I had a crown tattoo done by someone unprofessional and needed it fixed went to many shops to see what could be done and found inking out loud to be most helpful! The tattooist was patient and drew over the tattoo to show me what could be done which was so helpful to see! He then arranged a price with me and said when I'm ready to come back! I booked it for today because I was so happy with what could be done to a mess of a tattoo! I was made to feel so comfortable and was asked if the design was okaay before the ink! Well what a fantastic experience today. Went into inking out loud today for first time nervous as hell, All the staff are friendly and chatty and real nice. I walked into this place having been turned down by another tattoo and pericing bar in Ashford due to the piersist not being in on a Thursday, however I had been waiting to get a double helix piercing for 6 months and so was adimant to get it done that day. I didn't like the idea of having my ear pierced anywhere I hadn't heard of however having walked into the bar a receptionist was there smiling away and being very welcoming. It instantly made me feel much more comfortable with the place and put my mind at ease. I had a party of 3 with me and after telling the receptionist my name and age and filling out a form a lovely, relaxed looking woman came to get me and 1 friend to the piercing room. She was excellent, well and truly as she spoke me through what she was going to do, making me feel much more relaxed and explained to her what I wanted and the whole process took about 20 minutes. She did both piercings with different needles and sterilised her hands between, keeping it very professional and it was obvious she was fully qualified. The whole experience couldn't have been nicer and anymore enjoyable considering. After the piercings she asked me if I was okay and offered me some water and then handed me a piece of paper with after care instructions on them. Overall I could not fault this place and in the future I will always go here and recommend it to friends and family as I am now glad I was turned away from the first place I went to.
