Wonderful staff, lovely salon and I have never had anything other than an exceptional experience here. I have had a pamper day, dermaplaning, microblading and will be back in 2 weeks for lip fillers. This is by far the best salon in Ashford, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments!

Had an awful experience. Two of our family members spend in excess of £100 on a regular basis with them and decided to give a voucher. After trying to call several times to make an appointment we were advised by the receptionist that ''they don't always have someone on the phone'' the lady could not have cared any less and the voucher was out of date by 2 days. We did have another voucher for May which they have said they will honor, good of them given we are in May, slightly baffled that some have exact dates and others have months. The irony behind it is that we would have probably come back to them. Overall they were rude and made us feel like we could not have mattered as a customer to them any less.

The salon was beautiful, the people were professional and friendly.. but I had my eyebrows tattooed on and they lasted very few months, when I understand that everybody is different but when you are paying £££ you expect descent result. Real shame.

My visit to the salon was fantastic!! I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff and informed of how my treatment would go so I was 100% prepared and ready. The treatment,which was the brushstroke eyebrows, was pain free and very relaxing in the beautiful treatment room. Charmaine was brilliant and worked a miracle on my brows I can't thank her enough for making me love my brows again! If you want to feel like a million dollars then I highly recommend using Beau and the salon team for all your beauty treatments

Wonderful staff, lovely salon and I have never had anything other than an exceptional experience here. I have had a pamper day, dermaplaning, microblading and will be back in 2 weeks for lip fillers. This is by far the best salon in Ashford, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments!

Had an awful experience. Two of our family members spend in excess of £100 on a regular basis with them and decided to give a voucher. My visit to the salon was fantastic!! I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff and informed of how my treatment would go so I was 100% prepared and ready. The treatment,which was the brushstroke eyebrows, was pain free and very relaxing in the beautiful treatment room. Charmaine was brilliant and worked a miracle on my brows I can't thank her enough for making me love my brows again! If you want to feel like a million dollars then I highly recommend using Beau and the salon team for all your beauty treatments
