Daughter had her nose pierced here. Service was quick after filling in consent form. Pleased with results which justifies why the place is busy. Plus they do tattoos which looked impressive on the staff too. Found in Market Street; right hand side as you drive down the one way street.

I went along with my friends as they got their nose pierced. Not only was the process rushed, but BOTH of their piercings fell out within 24 hours. We went back the next day when they were supposed to be open to be greeted by a 'Closed Today' sign with no pre warning! Terrible piercings, a rushed process and non existent after care. Went to Skin City instead for replacement studs. SKIN CITY ALL THE WAY, this place is trash.
Response to owner: Many thanks for the apology. Definitely not advertising, just recommending. Why weren't we told to keep a plaster on over night? Plus, the studs were just falling out any time of day. The new ones bought from somewhere else haven't fallen out once. The review DEFINITELY would not have been one star had the aftercare that was promised on the leaflet been there. Leaving customers stranded like that is not acceptable.

Probably great for people who are used to having piercings but very unfriendly to first timers. They were quick, didn't give me a chance to ask any questions, and rushed through the after care incredibly quickly.
They used a gun to pierce my lobes but didn't get the placement right at all (ignoring how I'd asked for them to be moved) and now as a result the earrings are very hard to change because the hole it is at a ridiculous angle through my (admittedly quite thick) lobe. There was also no choice of jewellery to be pierced with and I wasn't shown it before this woman was literally firing it through my ear. Honestly I'd say for something simple you're better off at Claire's.

Amazing!!! Had all 7 of my piercings done here over the last year and not one has gotten infected. The level of service is spot on and the jewelry is fab, never had an issue and they are happy to change your rings/bars even after youβve been in to change from your initial bar/horseshoe.
I wonβt go anywhere else for piercings because I trust the ladies here and each has pierced me at one time or another.
I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Charlotte today for my 2nd daith (I had my left done last year and my right done today) and she is so lovely and calming, chatty and friendly so I was relaxed as soon as I got into the room.
The cleanliness is second to none, the needle was opened in front of me and I was informed of the jewelry type that was going to be used and then we just chatted about which side hurt the most π
She also changed my labret bar to a 8mm with a little diamantΓ© on it and gave me my 10mm as a spare. (I have a few spares as I go here for new jewelry allllll the time)
Thank you For being such amazing and talented piercers ladies. Wouldnβt go anywhere else.

I don't really write reviews but after I read a few bad reviews I thought would write one. piercings do hurt a little and sometime's swell but as long as you use the correct aftercare it will clear up...

I know this as I've had 20 piercings in the studio, I've also been to a few other studios but Underground Tattoos is by far the best.

Second time posting due to my review being taken down - After my friend having a piercing for 2 weeks noticed it was red and very tender to touch , we went to the shop and was told it was very normal, the next day was given a doctors appointment for an infection and was told to take a course of antibiotics and it no change then was to go back. Today she was referred to Watford General Hospital for an operation to drain her ear of the infection. WILL POST PHOTOS BELOW.

Highly recommend these for piercing! After spending years debating to get a double helix I finally had the balls to have it done when I popped in here to have a nose stud changed to a ring. My body's reaction to having piercings in the past hasn't been brilliant, so I was very nervous. But the woman who did them was so kind and understanding. Not to mention patient! It was over and done with in less than a minute. I was so impressed I went back the next day for a lobe piercing! High five to all of you there! Can't wait to come back for my next one!

Just had my first tattoo done by Lewis 2 days ago and it's absolutely perfect. Couldn't recommend him enough! Everyone in Underground was lovely and very professional. Lewis was helpful when advising on placement and size of the tattoo and he's also fun which is a great bonus! I will definitely be back as soon as i can figure out what else I want tattooed on me!

Highly recommend these for piercing! After spending years debating to get a double helix I finally had the balls to have it done when I popped in here to have a nose stud changed to a ring.
