The studio is really nice and clean. The staff always seem friendly and are clearly very skilled. I have had a piercing done there before by a woman who was nice and professional - she used high quality jewelry which was a bonus of course. However.. every time I have tried to contact the shop - mainly by email but also by phone - they have been rude and aggressive. My most recent email - I just wanted to know what days they did piercings - the response was rude, abrupt and entirely in capitals as though they were telling me off. Excellent piercing studio. Had my nose and belly button done (on seperate days but by the same time person - Jack) and on both occasions the job he did was excellent. He was professional and friendly throughout, made sure I was happy with the results, and got the job done quickly with minimal discomfort. In terms of the studio itself - it's clean, well maintained, comfortable and a relaxing environment. Highly recommended. Read Less
