When I entered I was in so much pain from my constant head aches and numbness on my one side. I had spend two days in hospital due to the pain. I was even given morphine which did not help. Dan was amazing he was so patient and understanding of my situation. He pierced my daith and within minutes the pain was going for the first time in months. Since then I am no longer living in pain. Went in for some help after I'd had a horrible reaction to a couple of piercings done by the other leading piercing and tattoo shop in HFD, who didn't seem able to help the problem. Dan was a real professional and gave them a proper clean up and replaced the jewellery with brand new, titanium ones. I had a Daith piercing to help relieve Migraine headaches. Can highly recommend having it done. You were all very patient, friendly, reassuring & calming. Dan asked lots of questions to make sure I was having the piercing for the right reasons and he answered ALL of my questions while I nervously chatted nervous banter. Had my thigh started with Anne yesterday and even though it's not finished I'm in love with it, it has exceeded any expectation I could of had. Exceptionally talented artist. Cant comment on their tattoos but would not recommend them for ear piercing. My daughter went with a friend and requested a helix piercing. They didnt mark her ear and didnt double check position, subsequently pierced the rook. They apologised and then marked the correct place and pierced again. Communication wasnt helped by the fact that the person doing the piercing had fairly poor Engllish. They reduced her bill by £5! When I rang to complain they wouldnt accept that the person doing the piercing hadnt asked the first time and they felt that a £5 discount was OK. Read Less
