Can't praise the guys in this shop enough! So friendly and welcoming. I came in last week not really knowing what size I wanted my tattoo and with a rubbish picture of what I did want but the tattoo artist was absolutely perfect and helped me with it to make sure it was the best it could be. I'm more in love with it every day! Also have been to Asgard more than once for piercings and can't rate the girl who does piercings high enough either! Very good and professional piercings done. Mine were done using needles which is less invasive more hygienic and less painful. The use of a piercing gun can be used by any idiot. The price was also extremely reasonable. I was given plenty of info and advice. A thoroughly professional and relatively relaxing experience. I have no idea how bad reviews could occur the reason I went there was based on reputation and professionalism. Also have seen some of the tattoos and they also look very good quality. Its about as good as it gets without personally knowing a piercer /tattoo artist imo. Read Less

DON'T GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS I went to Asgards to have 2 microdermals placed on my neck, it was the worst piercing experience I've ever had! - None of the staff had a clue what they were doing (3 staff members ended up having a go at trying to pop the dermal in, they were all as useless as each other!) - It took forever! It should take well under 5 minutes to correctly place a dermal. - They were not level! - One fell out the next day. Since then I have been back and forth to Asgards, the rude and unhelpful staff have tried and failed to rectify their original bodged job on my neck. I have had to give up on keeping the dermals, as the skin on my neck is now really scarred!! I ended up going to Wicked Needles (Tattoo Sanctuary) in the Marlands to have the dermals removed - the guy in there knew exactly what he was doing and whipped the both out painlessly in seconds. If you want a piercing that lasts, then avoid Asgards at all costs, their staff are useless and incompetent! Read Less

Went in on Saturday to ask about a specific type of earring - there were two staff - a male and female. Found them rude, unhelpful and a really uncomfortable atmosphere in there. Wanted to get another piercing, but did not feel comfortable at all with having it done there.Read Less
