95 victoria road, woolston, fully health registered tattooist by southampton city council, all high standards of clinical hygiene are used All my equipment complies with all aspects and requirements as laid out by local council and English Laws. You must be 18 to get a tattoo. Some tattooist may let it slide but not me. It's the law....even if your parents says it's ok!
