After much research, I took my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced here last week. The team there were welcoming and put her at ease. Pete, the piercer, was fantastic. He was patient, explained what would happen, chatted, took the time to make sure that the holes were symmetrical, and didn't rush her at all. Can not rate him highly enough. Incredible shop, friendly staff, fantastic art, professional and clean set up, artwork is amazing and found my experience very comfortable, couldn't be happier with my tattoo and the service, im in a wheelchair but the staff took it in their stride and worked with me. Took my 9 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced properly rather than with a gun meant for tagging cows! Pete was absolutely superb and great with my daughter. She got upset and decided she didn't want it doing because it would hurt and he was very, very patient and reassuring. I had my Tattoo done here on two seperate days - Once, on the £13 day, and the second later to have it filled in. Even on the £13 day, the service was brilliant - The lineart was smooth and fantastic, and when it was filled in later it was done brilliantly well. Do go, competitive prices and great staff. Have to say the WORST Tattoo Studio I have ever been too! Obviously the previous comments are by members of staff or friends of the tattooist's! I have several tattoos, found the women who did mine to be rushed, gave no example of after care. Told me the only thing which would work is their own brand (funny that). I have had the tattoo for over a week now and all I can say is it looks disgusting. Large open sores in my skin, I have never had this before, been to the Dr's and have been told it is infected!!!!! I have never had an infected tatto and I have 8 of them! Red and Painful, will definately be sticking with tattoo magic in Shirley! Absolutely shocking!!!!!!!!!!
