Soooo pleased with my tattoo and the service me and my step mum received! As soon as we walked in one of the girls made us feel very welcome and comfortable (big thing for very nervous people) and I'm sure the whole team would if they were there! Gary the owner was the artist who tattooed me and I am honestly so happy with the piece he did on me very well done and he really knows what he's talking about by the sounds of it. Checked out some of his work after I'd tagged the studio in my gram and I'm shook at how talented this guy is I will defiantly be returning in the near future for some more tats! Phoned this tattoo studio to book my 9 year old in for ear piercing for her birthday present. Great friendly customer service. Arranged a booking and was over the moon when the guy managed to bring forward the time to work better for me. Told the daughter all about it and she was incredibly excited. On the day off the appointment we had been caught up in traffic and phone ahead to say we were running 5-10mins late. There was no answer on the phone number provided so I left a voicemail asking to be called back if there was a problem. When we turned up to the studio the shop was closed and there was nobody around. Try explaining that to a 9 year old whose birthday has just been ruined. If you didn't want to do the piercing you should have just said no to my booking. Needless to say I won't be coming back here for any of my future tattoos or piercings. Read Less
