I am unhappy with the treatment and unprofessianner provided by Eliza.I got laser hair removal and I was originally advised that the results would come after eight treatments but Eliza is now saying that everyone’s hair are different and she couldn’t guarantee it clears all the hair.Had I known this I would not have spent over £1,200 on the service.I have tried to resolve this with Eliza but she completely ignored me. I am very disappointed with the procedure provided by her and I think it’s a waste of money as the laser treatments haven’t eliminated the hair in the treated area, haven’t even reduced it! As soon as I finished the treatments I went to Eliza’s salon to get explanation on the service provided.She quickly become very defensive about and said it would be fine after a couple more treatments as my hair are thick and strong, why she didn’t say that at the first time.How can I know that another treatments are going to eliminate the problem.When I said that I’m not happy with her procedure she become very angry, raised her voice telling me that I had wasted her time and why was I there!!! She expected me to take more treatments but when I explained that I only want to fix what she’s done wrongly she started to be rude and wouldn’t let me explain anything else.She behaved unprofessionally saying to get out as she is busy and has another client waiting outside the door. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for any treatment.For the future I’ll be more careful with research and reading the reviews before I go ahead with anything like this!

I couldn't praise Eliza more highly. I had several different treatments over the years. She is honest from the beginning and explains every detail before proceeding.

Have had two laser hair removal treatments with Eliza (6 more to go) and the results are absolutely incredible! She is an absolute professional and a the laser hair removal machine she uses is the best one out there. She is a huge font of knowledge when it comes to skin too and attends seminars all around the world to stay ontop of the latest procedures and products. As she lasers my legs I learn all kinds of interesting facts about what I should and shouldn't be doing in my skincare routine. There is no one out there like Eliza - if you are considering laser hair removal or any kind of facial/rejuvenation procedure then she's your lady!

Eliza is amazing. She has an excellent understanding of the skin and the lasers needed to repair it. She gave a clear and honest appraisal of how she could help me. I am having treatment for hormonal skin pigmentation. I have had two sessions so far and I couldn't be more pleased. Although I need a course of treatment as my skin pigments so easily, I have never had such great results and in my first session too! I was so conscious of my pigmentation and now can go makeup free. It was all clearly explained and the process of aftercare was exactly what I expected. Thank you so much Eliza.

I have been to Eliza a few times now. I have had my eyebrows done and the results are just incredible. Far better than I ever imagined. I have since been back to have light therapy (probably called it the wrong thing!) on my face. I have booked 6 treatments in total. The results after just one treatment which took 10 minutes are amazing. I used to have red, blotchy cheeks all the time, and blushed incredibly easily. The treatment and follow up advice from Eliza has had a dramatic effect already.. Highly recommended!

I have a form of alopecia which has left me with very thin eyebrows. I now have eyebrows that I am very happy with.
Eliza was very professional and extremely gentle with me as I was a little nervous. She went through everything with me first and then I had the semi permanent eyebrows done.
I was worried it would be painful, but it was much less painful than I expected and I found it very relaxing.
I love the result, and it is amazing what a difference it makes to your face!!!
I would recommend without hesitation.

I would agree with the review posted just before mine. I found Eliza to be very knowledgeable about the treatments she offers and feel she treats each client as an individual with individual specific needs. She is honest about outcomes and I believe would not offer nor complete a treatment she felt not to be in the best interests of her client.

I found Eliza helpful and friendly and extremely well qualified and experienced in her field. I have complete confidence in having any treatment by her and cannot recommend her highly enough. :-)10.09.13

She is an absolute professional and a the laser hair removal machine she uses is the best one out there. Eliza is amazing. She has an excellent understanding of the skin and the lasers needed to repair it. She gave a clear and honest appraisal of how she could help me. I am having treatment for hormonal skin pigmentation. I have had two sessions so far and I couldn't be more pleased. I have since been back to have light therapy (probably called it the wrong thing!) on my face. I have booked 6 treatments in total. I found Eliza to be very knowledgeable about the treatments she offers and feel she treats each client as an individual with individual specific needs. She is honest about outcomes and I believe would not offer nor complete a treatment she felt not to be in the best interests of her client.
