If I was to rate it on the vile man that first starting cutting my son's hair, I'd have to give a minus score but thankfully Katie was there to sort out his awful cut. Not only was the guy rude, and a...
If I was to rate it on the vile man that first starting cutting my son's hair, I'd have to give a minus score but thankfully Katie was there to sort out his awful cut. Not only was the guy rude, and argumentative, telling me I didn't want the cut I showed him (via a picture) but he was also sweating, downing water and ranting like he was on drugs. (Witnessed by staff and other customers that found his behaviour odd and embarrassing) My 6 yr old is scared of having his hair do...ne and the guy (which I'm unsure of his name but think is steve) kept ranting at him, shouting and coming out with stupid one liners and also was so rough with the clippers, that he scratched and caught his neck numerous times. Unfortunately Ian wasn't in to make a formal complaint about him. But at least the other 2 staff members did apologise for his awful behaviour. Katie u do have a 5* rating but he makes the barbers lose some *'s. See More

I go here for my regular haircut, everyone here are so kind, always make conversation and remember the customer which makes it more personal! All of the staff are friendly and you are always welcomed with a welcoming "how do you do"!
