Me and my sister went in ages ago now for matching tattoos. The artist stencilled and tattooed them and then we left. Well he totally messed up my sisters tattoo as one loop on the bow was pretty much non-existent, just a bit of a black blob with a tiny gap in the middle. My bow needed touching up as it was patchy. Could I get a response from the artist about booking in to get it touched up? Not really. Got a reply asking when I was free, which I replied to but then never heard anything. Gave up with the studio, figured I’d get it fixed elsewhere. I wasn’t going to constantly message the artist to get him to fix it if he clearly wasn’t interested. It would have been a quick job, but he wasn’t messaging me back. My sister only got her bow fixed because she kept hassling the artist about it until she finally got a response and he booked her in. I appreciate the fact that they get lots of messages and are busy, but funny how they’re happy and quick to reply to get you booked in, but then real slow to get any issues fixed. More interested in getting the paid jobs in rather than the free touch ups on tattoos they’ve done that wouldn’t need doing if they were done properly in the first place. Wouldn’t recommend this place as it’s not the first time I’ve had poor quality tattoos (2 different artists). Also noticed that they were quick to slate the work of ex-artists from their studio and claim to have needed to continuously touch up the other artists work because it was bad - which I find a bit hypocritical since both me and my sister needed their own work touched up because of the poor quality.
