AWFUL! I payed £20 for a "rook" piercing and the placed it about 2cm further down my ear. They declined my request for a refund after i had been in agony for days due to the incorrect placement. He even went as far as to manipulate me into thinking that this is what i asked for. Eventually i went about 5 mins down the road to another shop ,Thirteen sins, and they told me the part of my ear that the guy pierced didn't even exist as a piercing. I was outraged when i found out that this amateur at Quintessential had used the wrong type of bar as well (straight instead of curved.) which would have never healed.
Thirteen Sins corrected his mistake and were very welcoming and friendly. (they did charge me of course, as it wasn't their fault.)
I HIGHLY recommend travelling 5 mins down the road to Thirteen Sins, if you want to keep your ear.

Had a tattoo done yesterday by John, he was very good, I'm really pleased with it. My daughter also had her belly button done here on Tues, it went really well and she's not had any problems with it. ...
Had a tattoo done yesterday by John, he was very good, I'm really pleased with it. My daughter also had her belly button done here on Tues, it went really well and she's not had any problems with it. It's nice and clean inside and staff are friendly. Would recommend. 😀

Absolutely recommend ! I got my nipple and under my tongue pierced and I was petrified, I stood outside for like 10 mins and the man came outside and was lovely and welcoming. Thought it would me mega awks getting my nipple pierced by a man but it was so fine they were so nice and chilled such a good experience!!! Defo go again xx

Yeaaaah, no. Went there when I was a little younger, had my belly button done 3 times in one sitting because they couldn't get it to sit right. Decided not to hold a grudge, and went back for my 29th birthday. These guys are rude from the get go, and dont even get up off the sofa to greet you. One of them didn't even say 'hello' when we came in to enquire about a septum piercing - he sat there and watched TV. I had questions, that might have an obvious answer to them but of course, I wouldn't ask if I knew. Clearly these people think answering sarcastically and taking the piss is a friendly and pro service.
Greeeeaaaaat, thanks for nothing. I'll take my business to an actual professional who welcomes questions and new clients in appropriately.
