The place is clean and tidy and very welcoming All the staff are friendly and there's a comfortable easy banter going on with everyone. I had a tattoo done by Cathy. She discussed it with me thoroughly, making suggestions but not in a pushy way. The staff support each other and work really well as a team. I came away happy with my tattoo and I will be going back. After walking into the shop tanked up on cheap red bull pappin my pants like a girl about to get my septum pierced, I was greeted with a beautifully clean shop and an awesome welcome. Felt comfortable as soon as the door closed behind me. Chilled and professional environment that will have you at ease immediately. 5*'s is not good enough for this place as it deserves at least 12. Had my tragus and daith piercings done there today, really nice, clean, smart looking studio, staff were all very pleasant and polite and made me a brew. Piercing was done in a completely separate area to the tattoos, I barely felt the tragus piercing, the daith pinched a bit, but was only for a second, I expected a lot more pain. Just had a full day session at the Butchers Block getting ink from Ben. Am absolutely blown away by his beautiful work and I can't wait to continue with it. He is meticulous with both his line and colour work and he completely put me at ease. The shop has such a friendly atmosphere, it's super clean, bright and modern inside.
