I came today to get a bee tattoo and a cover up on my wrist. I was very nervous as I wanted to be sure I was going to love my wrist tattoo this time, but Matt took his time to show me some designs he had done for me and gave me time to think about what I wanted with no pressure. I decided to go for a Mandala pattern and I am glad I did because I absolutely love it!! it's absolutely gorgeous. Just had 3 3d butterflies with my daughters names written next to them. They look absolutely amazing with lots of detail, I am so happy with them! Would definitely recommend Mind Over Matter, Lee and Matt are very friendly and want to give you the best tattoo possible. A lot of discussion was involved to make sure the design was just right, which filled me with confidence from the start that they would do a great job and that they really cared about the end result. I can't recommend Mind Over Matter Tattoo highly enough. This was my second visit to see Lee and Matt having been last year, and once again they provided me with an amazing piece of work. I took in some reference pictures to show them the sort of design I was after. Between them they used these to create something far better than I could have imagined. Whilst chatting to them during the 6 hours or so I was there they are clearly both very knowledgeable in what they do. If what you ask for isn't going to look quite right they will tell you it's not going to work and advise you as to what will. A very clean shop where you can see hygiene is important too. Great studio.. not only laid back and very friendly but also more than happy to help with custom designs when your not quite sure what you want! Got my first tattoo at 18 here (which still looks new) and now at 23 just completed afull sleeve piece.
