This was my first-time having a tattoo and I felt a little apprehensive to be honest, but from walking in both the staff and tattooist Doc kelly were great,and very friendly, everything was explained about how the session would go, the choices of designs, the different stages of the tattooing processes, after care etc, I felt reassured I made the right decision in choosing Mad Hatter and doc Kelly, I am very pleased the way every aspect went on the day, and look forward to the final session coming soon,

I wouldn't go anywhere else for any of my Ink. I have been tattooed by 3 of the artists here now, which is almost 2 sleeves, a large back piece and a decent size tattoo on my leg. I can't fault anyth...
I wouldn't go anywhere else for any of my Ink. I have been tattooed by 3 of the artists here now, which is almost 2 sleeves, a large back piece and a decent size tattoo on my leg. I can't fault anything on any of them. All the staff are very clean and hygienic, and absolutely brilliant at what they do. Excellent for custom work and portraits. I recommend them very highly to all my friends and family

After a disaster at another shop JP WORKED HIS MAGIC. He talked me through what he was thinking and eased my mind and i was so happy with the outcome . After that I've completed my sleeve at the shop and am now ready to start on my other arm .
Fantastic bunch of tattoo artist and if you want a tattoo and know u will ALWAYS be happy the mad hatter is the place to go

Would not get another tattoo from
Here. I was excited to get my tattoo by one of the artists here as from looking at their work I saw that they were very detailed and seemed very professional - with a few exceptions. When I got my tattoo the atmosphere was very unprofessional and slightly uncomfortable - my tattoo which I had had a consultation for a week in advance had not yet even been designed. Before staring the tattoo the artist prepared the ink, only after doing this realising that the coloured ink was out of date and so using another artists'. Little attention was paid during the tattoo and so my now fully healed tattoo is not the high quality tattoo I was expecting. the studio itself is highly unprofessional with a number of safety and hygiene hazards. Members of the staff are not the friendliest of people to go to. Charges are incredibly overpriced for the quality of work by some of the artists. I am now going elsewhere for my tattoo to be re touched and so have to pay half the price I paid for the tattoo in the first place.
