I came in last month to start a sleeve with Nik. I literally couldn't be any happier with it, the detail is incredible! I love showing it off and I receive so many compliments from people I always recommend loaded forty four. I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I walked through the door and the staff are so nice, asking if I wanted a brew or anything throughout the day. The parlour itself is very clean and tidy and I loved all the art work up on the walls. Staff are super friendly; I went to get my first tattoo and the artist talked me through everything and made sure I was feeling okay during the process, also had my nose pierced, again made sure everything was alright before and after the piercing. Just had my tragus and second lobe piercings done here and I couldn't have asked for a nicer piercer. She made me feel really at ease and kept making sure I was ok throughout the whole thing (I did go a bit white at the end �) also I walked in and was seen straight away so what more could you ask for! Rang up last minute for a tattoo that was close to my heart. Was made to feel welcome right from the start. I have visited one other tattoo parlour and it felt like a conveyer belt of people, hence I walked out because of the poor attitude. Pepe was fantastic where he designed my tattoo immediately. I got my tattoo finished off on Wed 3rd May, the tattoo looks great, it was a custom piece and is exactly what I had in mind, Emma did a fab job, I found everybody to be super friendly and fun and the shop was really light and airy. Had both nipples a d tongue re pierced at this amazing place, they had to go through scar tissue on all three piercings i feel I was a teeny weeny bit mard but the staff were amazing make it as quick and painless as possible and customer service is great too..definitely recommend Read Less

Went back yesterday to have my right ear pierced 1 helix & 1 daith..... Nathan did my left ear 2 months ago he is so helpful and reassuring. No pressure, no rush... Discussed different options and jewellery beforehand. All staff are extremely pleasant and the shop is extremely clean and well organised. loaded forty four is the place to be! it's very hard to find a good tattoo place in Manchester but its definitely been found. Extremely good art work goes on there and very friendly staff, you can guarantee there's never a dull moment when you go in there and you won't be disappointed with their work. They put a lot of time and effort into their piercings and tattoos which can be clearly seen by their images they upload daily. I first when to Loaded after I encountered a bad experience and bad art work from a parlour in Bolton. I showed them my shabby tattoo and after a good long chat about ideas to re-work it, we decided upon a cover up. The cover up that one of the artists (Beau) did was a much larger tattoo than the original and took 3 hours. I was amazed at at the end product and the detail put in. They were all so friendly and talked to me all the way through it, making the hours fly by and the experience pleasant. I have had four tattoos in total by Loaded, and another few booked with them. I enjoy going and talking to all the staff, they work around you putting their customers first, working flexible hours to suit you and are there 24/7 to help or answer any questions or worries you have. They are highly hygienic and all the artists are fantastic. I would deffo give their stuff a look and pop in to see them :)Read Less
