Got my first tattoo today done by Lucy and I can honestly say that I loved the experience. She did a great job on my tattoo and I love it. All the staff were so nice and welcoming that I felt right at ease. The place calmed my nerves immedietly and I felt comfortable throughout the whole thing. Had my piece done by Alex and it's absolutely brilliant, couldn't have asked for it to be done better. All members of staff were very friendly and catered to my needs like giving me fizzy drinks or snacks when I felt faint and regularly offering tea and coffee or water to make sure I was always comfortable and they were so understanding with me just stopping for a few minutes to chill out when I needed to. I was lucky enough to get an appointment for my bee for the Manchester Appeal. This was my first tattoo. From the first contact, the team's customer service was excellent. This was so important to me as I confessed as soon as I walked in that I wasn't cool enough to be in there :) They made me feel so comfortable with my ridiculous questions. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff took an interest in Danny's fabulous work during the process and chatted to me. I love my bee it's so meaningful and they said I would be back for more.
