My name is Beany, I have been tattooing since 2008. I have worked for several studios, with quite a lot of interesting people! I have learnt a lot along my small journey and I look forward to learning a lot more. This studio space has opened through my dream of having a private space, half art studio and half tattoo studio. My aim is to expand my knowledge through painting, drawing, visiting galleries, working guest spots and travelling.

After years of clinging on to an old studio that really declined in quality, I bit the bullet last year and tried somewhere new, which happened to be Secret Society. It's quickly become my go-to for tattoos in Manchester. It's a small studio so booking weeks in advance is essential but absolutely worth the wait both in terms of quality and experience. Beany not only does tattoos but some pretty lovely art too.

I came in yesterday to have a Manchester bee tattoo. The level of service I received before I even entered the studio was exceptional. The studio itself is lovely and clean, I felt very relaxed and I'm in love with my latest ink. Beany is simply fantastic. I'll definitely be back soon for more work. Thank you very much!
