I finally plucked the courage to get two more piercings done. I have only had them done with a gun but read up that needle is a lot better. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I didn't get the name of the lady who did the piercings for me but she was really good and so lovely! She put my fears at bay from the start and was just amazing from start to finish. I highly do not recommend this place I asked for a flower tattoo and they gave me a cactus obviously I didn't say anything and I came with a very bad outcome and my mother was very very mad GO AT YOUR RISK :( Read Less

I had my double helix jewellery changed here because one fell out over night. They were very welcoming and friendly however its now been a year and having just gone to a different piercers to have all my jewellery swapped for plastic retainers, I found out that they put the wrong bar in completely and it was far too long and the wrong size, so not only has my piercing hole shrunk but when the piercer put the plastic retainers in with a bit of force, we got a load of gunk from inside my ear that had been caused by this jewellery. Apart from this I had no faults with them at all, they were clean, friendly and gave good advice. Read Less
