My tattoo turned out just how I wanted it, Roo was great and really considerate about it being my first time, staff was super nice and friendly, won't get my tattoos done anywhere else again

Had my first tattoo here with Dean and I was amazed at the friendliness of the staff as well as the quality of the tattoo itself. Highly recommended to anyone looking for somewhere to get a tattoo.

Had an appointment with Kat for my 2nd and 3rd tattoo, and she's blew me away with a personalised finger print heart, and 3 paw prints in memory of my pets who are no longer with me. They made me very welcome, staff all very friendly, will defo be coming back. Can't recommend Kat highly enough xx

Southend branch - This was my first ever experience of a tattoo shop and I couldn't be happier. All the staff were friendly and welcoming which put me at ease from the start. Kat who did my tattoo was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through everything before she started. Great experience, thank you! :)

Very disappointed with the cover up by Peyton. It's very dark & dull. Thought it would be much brighter. Had it done end of April & hate it!! So checked to see if she posted the pic of the tattoo & nothing, shows that I am not a valuable client � if I had known it would be that dark & I would've not had it. I asked her if the colours be like that on that drawing, she said yes. When I arrived for my appointment & was kept waiting for 45mins before I was seen... Felt it was time to get this off my chest...

So today I thought I would try a new tattoo parlour as the tattoo I was quoted for was too expensive in another parlour I must say urban ink are very reasonable on the price as I was charged 100 pound...
So today I thought I would try a new tattoo parlour as the tattoo I was quoted for was too expensive in another parlour I must say urban ink are very reasonable on the price as I was charged 100 pounds less than the other parlour every member of staff was very professional and polite and the artist Charlie done an amazing job on mine and my brother in laws tattoos we are both very happy with the overall experience so thank you everyone at urban ink

Very disappointed with the cover up by Peyton. It's very dark & dull. Thought it would be much brighter. Had it done end of April & hate it!! So checked to see if she posted the pic of the tattoo & nothing, shows that I am not a valuable client � if I had known it would be that dark & I would've not had it.
