The people working at Jack's are very friendly and welcoming. They are also extremely helpful and honest in giving advice about any query, as well as ensuring you have a good understanding of aftercare for your piercing/tattoo. I had both the daith piercing and nose piercing done and was very impressed with how quickly it was done, as well as how the team cared for me while I was there. I would definitely recommend Jack's!

I thoroughly recommend this tattoo studio, from start to finish the customer service has been amazing. The staff are welcoming and put you at ease. Spotless studio and great designs available and always advise if you are unsure. I have recommended friends and family who think it’s fab too! Had my three tattoos here. My friend had a sleeve which is just amazing!! Anything you want you can get here, in a professional and amazing artistic style. If your getting inked, go to Jacks!!

Absolute disgrace! Terrible service and the tattooist didn't even communicate with me or my partner as we asked our tattoos to be unique. Our tattoos especially mine is unique by being a terrible piece of art. In fact I wouldn't even call it a piece of art. They couldn't even speak English properly. I had to explain loads of times again and again. They didn't ask if I was happy with it. Just shrugged his shoulders. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Before going there in box me and I'll send you a pic of the mess up on my arm that I now have to get fixed. Also for 30mins worth of work I was charged £90?!?! How does this work. Defo going to speak to someone legal about this. Really disappointed

So happy with my tattoo, it's even better than I was thought possible as I had a 20yr old tattoo covered, the staff are very welcoming and were happy to spend time helping me choose during the consultation before I booked my appointment and I love that you are invited back for a check up to ensure you are healing correctly and completely happy with the results, I would highly recommend Jacks Tattoos if you are considering getting a tattoo

I had always trusted this Tattoo Shop,since I went before for my industrial and it turned out fantastic,but I'm not sure about it now.I went down to get my rook done around the beginning of January around a Sunday, and this piercer who looked like a complete newbie at the whole industry was doing it.One,he asked WHAT a rook was. Everything was getting fishy for me and I probably shouldn't have proceeded.Two,I had paid £25-£30 for a really shit job. He didn't even pierce my cartilage,he literally just pierced my skin as if it was some fucked up dermal. He kept fiddling with my bar which hurt my ear even more because he took 5 minutes to screw a ball on. I've never had anything like this happen to me before. I was beyond disgusted.Then just on Thursday, the piercing "wore off" my skin per say, and dropped into my hand. I was enraged.So I decided to call them up,and the female I was talking to said I may need to pay FULL PRICE for a "mistake"! I cannot wait until I am down there to demand for a discount!All they need to do is get some proper piercers in there who actually know what piercing is what!

The people working at Jack's are very friendly and welcoming. They are also extremely helpful and honest in giving advice about any query, as well as ensuring you have a good understanding of aftercare for your piercing/tattoo. I had both the daith piercing and nose piercing done and was very impressed with how quickly it was done, as well as how the team cared for me while I was there. I would definitely recommend Jack's!

Our tattoos especially mine is unique by being a terrible piece of art. In fact I wouldn't even call it a piece of art. They couldn't even speak English properly. I had to explain loads of times again and again. They didn't ask if I was happy with it. Just shrugged his shoulders. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
