Got my Tragus pierced today by a very professional lady. (I didn’t ask her name 🙈) but she was very professional throughout and all hygiene protocols were adhered to. This is an amazing, hugely underrated shop. Compared to several of the more well-known and "famous" shops, the artists are just as talented, if not more so, and for several reasons I've come out with much better tattoos from here. The communication is excellent; they take the time to figure out exactly what you're looking for and how to make it work. They even discuss between themselves what would make the best tattoo with the ideas you've given them. At some of the more well-known, busy shops, they tend to either think your idea is okay and just do it, or they decide that it won't work and assume you're an idiot who wouldn't be open to suggestions. Then they just give you an awful tattoo, knowing that they're too well-established for it to affect their reputation. This means that they can have portfolios of amazing work but you can still leave with something awful, and the artist doesn't care. I would strongly recommend coming here. They listen to your ideas and help you figure out how to turn them into a great tattoo. They consider how the design will fit nicely with your body as well as how it will age. Really great shop, nice staff but my piercing experience was horrid. A good piercer knows which jewellery to use, how deep to pierce and the best position for an individuals anatomy; although the piercer was lovely, she failed to get any of this right. 2 of my piercings turned out fine, the other 2 were a nightmare. First off I asked for an anti-helix and received a forward helix which I didn't realise till I got home, in the rush of getting 4 piercings I wasn't paying enough attention. Secondly all of the jewellery used was way too short so when the piercings started to swell the bars didn't accommodate for that and it led to a really painful, long and stressful healing process. One had to be completely removed after 6 months because it swelled so much the balls of the bar were digging into my ear and healing would be impossible (guess which one... the piercing I didn't actually ask for!). I have 26 piercings in total - I know how to heal piercings and do it well, the fault was with the piercer. Don't waste your time. Read Less

Really bad experience I was given an artist that I didn't want to do my tattoo. I sent over my pictures and explained over 3 times how I wanted it. I got a horrific looking tattoo with no art about it I spent a whole day with my hard earned money to get something I'm not happy about. Maybe this company likes to pick and choose who they want for there clientele. So if your considering going here and your reading it. Make sure you make it very clear! I spoke with them 3 times on the phone my appointment got rescheduled 1 month later just to get something I never ask for. I said just a little bit of colour as I'm dark skinned and he started doing the whole thing in colour. I had to ask him to stop. At this point i should have got up out my seat and asked for all my money back (that's how I felt) And I also noticed I was the only 1 who paid all my money up front. At this point I was too scared to even say anything more. Very disappointed with there team efforts. I differently will happy spend the same or more to remove this tattoo. I've got 3 tatts already and I have never experienced this. So agly so unartistic so uncreative. Read Less
