Walked into their brand new store, 2 minutes down the road from the old one and both my friend and I had our ears pierced - she had a conch done and I have 2 lobe piercings done on my left ear and it was all so quick and painless! My wife had her nose pierced. Sounds as easy and straight procedure but not in her case. She is very susceptible to infection and has a prolong healing process. Magda the piercer was excellent. Horrible experience. I have had my labret done there. I told the piercier that piercing seems to be way too much to the left side - it's not symmetrical. He said everything is fine as my face in not symmetrical. As soon as I went out, my boyfriend asked : don't you think its too much to the left? I came back, piercer said that he can always pirce me next to the hole he made before ! I was shocked, you can't do such things. I asked him to remove the piercing, he didn't even thought that there will be a lot of blood, he didn't use a paper towel and all the blood went on my clothes , and jacket. I had to throw them away as it was impossible to wash it off. How unprofessional is that. That was a disaster, no apology , nothing. Now I have a really nice and symmetrical labret, that I have done somewhere else. I'm surprised that this place has such good reviews. I think the guy that was piercing me is Zolika. I still have a tiny mark after that piercing. Other piercers , were surprised he have done it in such a weird spot. I would definitely not recommend ! Read Less

Wednesday I did three tattoos (Hope, Alive and a sign of peace) at the beginning seemed perfect but seeing them now the lines are completely crooked, inside the color was not well filled, I was very disappointed having still spent £ 150. I trusted, I do not think I'll be back anymore. Now I came back to Rome because I was on vacation in London and I have to spend more money to settle them if they can fix it, really disappointed. A really professional and clean studio. The piercer really knows how to pierce as i didn't feel any pain at all! I am very happy with the results, the guy asked exactly where i wanted it to be and was very informative about every step and about the cleaning and healing period.
