My friend and I came here from germany, without an appointment. Cause on their website they say "walk-ins are welcomed". Immediately they took care of us and Tom started to draw our tattoos. I went in yesterday and came out with my first tattoo! I was feeling spontaneous and asked if they had any openings and they were able to squeeze myself and a friend in. I took 2 years looking for the right shop and the right artist to start a sleeve. I found Archie at Hammersmith Tattoo and have had over 16 hours of work done since 2016. Archie has worked with me since the first consultation to figure out what works best, works for me and to answer all the questions I had. That is what keeps me coming back and making recommendations, you have to be comfortable with whose working on you. Archie is beyond talented and dedicated - his work speaks for itself - the only person I'd go to for a tattoo or related advice. The other thing is they make recommendations between them so depending on what you want they will refer you other artists like Alex Rose. Shows you it's not about money but the art. i found all the staff/artists to be very friendly & helpful at Hammersmith Tattoo . I went to the shop armed with digital images of people & things that i was hoping Archie could to turn into a sleeve that would be personal to me, this also needed to incorporate a cover up of a previous tattoo. Archie's work & designs are absolutely top draw. Archie's black & grey realism work has to be up there with the best tattoo artists in the country. I visited this tattoo shop after being horribly disappointed by another, and I'm so glad I did! Robert did my rose tattoo with my husbands name incorporated into the stem, and I love it. Me and my 2 friends were coming from Belgium to get tattooed and had booked a month in advance. When we got there we were told that our booking wasn't there and the artist we had booked with had another appointment, yet they had well received our deposit and we had email proof of our booking. I found the the tattoo shop in an article online as the best place in London for small black and grey tattoos. Made a phone call to check availability and was booked for next day - the guy on the phone news was very polite and answer all my questions. I just got a small script tattoo done. I was offered few fonts and after I made my choice got it done with Alex. I would highly recommend this tattoo parlour as the atmosphere, customer service, recommendations and care are top notch. Got my first tattoo here, in February, and there's no day passing by thinking it was the perfect choice!!! The place is wonderful and the team made all my frights go away!!! Zanda was the one who made my dream tattoo come true and I must say it looks better than I would've ever expected!!! The sight of it impresses everyone who sees it and this says it all!!! She is an excellent artist and the way she brings ideas to life is amazing by creating unique perspectives of an image! Chris is wonderful from every point of view and the experience and result were extraordinary!!! I even got my dead phone charged, so overall, I must say the professionalism and ambition of exceeding any expectations are truly met in this place!!!
