Got a navel piercing a week ago, the piercer used a bar that was too short and the top bar ball ended up sinking into my skin. I only work up the road from this place and heard great things from a few guys who have visited them before. I had my nose pierced today, I was very nervous but the guys in here are so chilled out and professional they made me feel better without even trying! In other places I’ve felt like that a piercing I’m having done is a chore or irratance. I had Kiko do a tattoo of Ganesh the Hindu Elephant God this afternoon, he did an amazing job for me (he's a perfectionist). Absolutely amazing, I used to go to interskin and had infections so I came here and they pierced my old piercings and pierced my new ones and never had a problem! Would recommend to anyone to go here! They also give you an after care bag with all you need to clean your piercing. Read Less

I have scheduled my appointment with a male artist after we had a discussion about my design. When I turned up for my appointment I've found out that he called sick and a lady artist called Rhi supposed to do the tattoo for me. I was surprised nobody called me and asked if I'm okay with having someone else to do it for me. When I expressed my disappointment to Rhi she said - "BECAUSE THE DESIGN WAS SIMPLE WE ASSUMED ANYONE CAN DO IT". I trust that's up to me to decide if I want someone else. Not a good customer service so far. To add to that, the drawing of the tattoo she showed me, was completely different to what was agreed when I came for the consultation. So I lost my trust and decided to cancel my appointment and asked for a refund. At that point Rhi told me that they usually don't do refunds but [they will kindly do it for me]. It was very unnecessary comment as at this point I was already frustrated by the whole situation and that I wasted half a day to arrange everything around my tattoo appointment. Rhi should learn that a customer is always right and do not try to argue or make unnecessary comments when the customer already wasn't treated as it should have been. So I wanted to do a tattoo today plus a cover up for my existing tattoo but they lost a customer! Very shame. Read Less
