Got my helix pierced by a wonderful member of staff at the Steel Beauty named Tyler. He was friendly and very comforting. The price was great too...only Β£16!

I had a tattoo done on my hand and wrist last week and I love it! Get lots of compliments about them and have highly recommended steel beauty to friends and who ever asks where I had them done..tattoo...

Worst hair colour I ever got! After one wash the roots are blonde (rest of the hair is dark brown)! I tried to contact them they didn't even bother to answer! Avoid!

When I contacted the hairdresser in regards to the problem, the response I got after 3 days was "I don't understand why you washed it after one day". After that I was blocked like I was the one who's done something wrong.Have a look at the pic, that's how my roots look like after one wash,it's a joke

Your say it's a separate business, but if that's the case, why do you advertise on your door sign that you do hair and beauty? You're not doing yourselves any favours, get rid of them before they ruin your reputation, if what you're saying is true. "Hair Beautique" is nowhere to be seen as a business, so how do i know you're not just looking for a way to excuse bad review? Is that even legit business?as far as i'm concerned, they're part of your salon, especially cause you advertise doing hair and beauty .
I posted this review not out of spite,but to warn others,as I wouldn't wish on anybody what happened to me

π‘πThis is one of the worst salons I have visited recently! I was given an appointment and a week later I had to come, last night I had a haircut for the evening, after I came, I waited another hour to get busy. And when I started discussing the color that wanted to be applied to me, the girl told me that she does not have that color, yes, the color was different, but I did not choose it. And as soon as I asked about another color of the paint, she said that she could transfer the painting when this color comes. For me it was the last straw! I asked to return to the first color, but she said that I will not do it! I'm in shock. She started arguing with me and screaming at me! She even did not let me say a word and grabbed herself with the police, as if I were the attacker! I do not understand this attitude!

A compact hairdresser and a tattoo place.. Can't take kids along, I used the salon and the ladies did a pretty good job for quite a gud price..

No smile on hair saloon girls, they trimmed my hair ( which I would say, hardly she chopped anything) Seems like they themselves are not happy with their jobs what they do. When I asked her to chop my hair little more she barely moved her scissor. I mean their whole body language was so unhappy and unpleasant. I suggest Don't go for hair salon. Bad experience I would not even give a single star

I have had several piercing and tattoo at the studio and would recommend to anyone looking for a remarkable piece body art or piercing. Both tattoo arts are fantastic and have the company of an excellent piercer .
Great environment definitely visit this studio.

Got a tattoo done here. Turned out well and they are very convenient to get to. Girl on desk is crazy rude. Friend had an appointment booked and was cancelled on last minute, which wasn't ideal but things happen. However cancelled on in a very rude way. Doesn't leave you feeling confident about having them ink you. A real shame!

Friend had an appointment booked and was cancelled on last minute, which wasn't ideal but things happen. However cancelled on in a very rude way. Doesn't leave you feeling confident about having them ink you. A real shame!
