Superb. I had my first tattoo today and the artist was James. He was brilliant. Friendly, patient and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Was tattooed by Ryan who was really friendly, made sure I was totally comfortable (even down to getting an electric blanket for me to lie on because I was cold), explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Best tattoo shop in the world! Becca is amazing and the staff are always really helpful and friendly. I have been coming back for 3 years and will continue to get tattooed here in the future! Had my first tattoo done in February here by Leanne Fate, I had to write a review as I was so happy with my piece that Leanne done for me, it was a substantial size for my first one, of peony flowers (thigh piece) Leanne was spot on with what I wanted and I love it, she is such a talented artist and a lovely person, made me feel at ease, friendly and the whole experience was great. comfortable and clean studio, nice atmosphere, very professional. I have been fair with everyone at Jayne Doe and waited 6 Months to book my tattoo in with them, following advice from the manager Perry, I waited with anticipation to book in my tattoo on a particular day that Leanne Fate's book were opening. Sadly enough I set my alarm in anticipation and emailed in very early on the day as I had waited so long. I have been informed by Perry that my Tattoo is not to the liking of Leanne and therefore I had not made the cut list this time. I would suggest that it is particularly unfair way of conducting business as you have people waiting to book a tattoo in with Leanne or indeed other members of your team for 6 Months when we could all be informed that the tattooist will not tattoo our style of tattoo from Day 1 of the email enquiry we are supposed to send in. *I was also informed by the manager previous to Perry that Leanne would be the best match for me and to book in when her books where available) Unfortunately despite Perry being a nice guy he has continously failed to return my calls when I have called to discuss if there is a possibility or booking in with someone at a later date. The only conclusion I can draw from this is that the people at Jayne Doe are either unfair, particularly disorganised or that the tatooist's are being pandered to at the expense of appearing to run an organised business and develop a brand.
