The best tattooist in Harrow, I got an amazing tattoo at a price I was happy with. It was a large tattoo but it was the best decision I made. Tao, my artist, was warm and welcoming from the start, and explained the process to me very clearly as well as the aftercare. I recommend her work to anyone, and I will 100% be returning to her for my further tattoos. She deserves a tip for how excellent her work is. They know what they're doing and will advise you on what's going to work and what's not going to work if you've pre-designed, and I am eternally grateful. If you want an awesome tattoo, this is the place. Nowhere else in harrow even mildly compares to Tattoo Time. went in to discuss having an old tattoo tidied up and to have 2 other designs, expected to need a number of visits, but Tao was brilliant. she was so creative, after to chatting to me about what I wanted, she sketched out an amazing design and was able to start work on it then and there. she was extremely patient and gentle and really helpful in advising on what I should with my other 2 designs...she spent over an hour on my back and honestly it wasn't painful, she is really good (the one on my ankle hurt like a {rude word!} so am glad we did that one last). would recommend Tao 100% Read Less

I got my second (a quote "Hic et Nunc") and third tattoo ("Wanderlust" with a small boat and paper aeroplane") done here, and I'd come back for more. I also took my friend along with me who got some Japanese symbols on his forearm. They're so friendly, super talented and fair with the price. The ink is pigmented and barely fades. Love this place.
