Had my first tattoo yesterday by Charlotte and it's amazing!. I went in to Diamond Heart a few weeks back to find an artist that could provide me with the design I wanted and I was treated with respect, everyone is very friendly and I was told by Charlotte that she would work on my design and keep in touch. She communicated well and any adjustments were made to my design with no problem at all. I went in yesterday and have had such a great experience. It's clean, great music playing whilst your in the chair to help you chill out and Charlotte was excellent in making sure i knew what was happening every step of the way. I was given great aftercare advice and told I can contact them at any point for any issues or questions. These artists truly care about their clients and are passionate about their craft. July last year I went in on a fly by visit in the hopes that I could have a chat about a cover up that other tattooists had let me down on. I was given a tour of the shop and introduced to all of the staff one by one. When I spoke to Brigi about my cover up I was treat brilliantly and was told straight away that I would be able to achieve what I wanted no problem at all. As promised I had my cover up that I wished for and have since been back to have another 3 tattoo's done with more in the pipe line! Not only are they a truly professional team but they are a real nice bunch! Treated as you should be and then some! I have recommended a few people to go down to the store. I went in for a tattoo today with John and am really impressed . I booked a couple of weeks ago and the booking process was really easy ,and John spent time with me , discussing the designs and ideas etc. When I went in today , the designs he had made were beautiful . The studio is really clean and everybody is very friendly. John made me feel very at ease , and the tattoo is lovely. Excellent after care advice . I would highly recommend it here .
