My husband and I made our first trip to the UK in May and hopped around various cities. We had been wanting to get tattoos at some point to commemorate our trip, and while stopping through for a day in Gloucester, we found the AMAZING Two Magpies studio right across from our Airbnb. We loved the work we saw online, and decided to stop in the shop. We only had one day in town, so we knew we were risking not being able to get in, but the ladies were SO sweet and awesome to work it out so that we could get our ink done that day. I can't say enough about how awesome this experience was! Not only did our ink turn out AWESOME, but these sweet gals even made me my first cup of English tea (which was appropriate since my tattoo was of a teacup!). Thank you for giving my husband and I such an awesome memory that will stay with us forever. xxx

After travelling nearly 100 miles from Somerset, I was tattooed today by Rosie and I can honestly say it's the best tattoo experience I've ever had. From the offset, all the ladies are warm and welcoming and I felt relaxed before I'd even got in the chair, they genuinely can't do enough for you from making a brew or offering a pillow. Rosie is pure skill and talent, and the loveliest lady! She accommodated my picky requests regarding design and made me feel so chilled throughout (even when the shading was starting to get to me at the end ) thank you so much Rosie, Mel, Aimee and Von, I already plan to come back up for another!

I love my tattoos! I treat myself every year and love going and spending a day in the studio amongst the team. The atmosphere is lovely, really relaxing. I can't recommend 2 Magpies enough!

I went to von yesterday to get a cover-up - something that was hindering my confidence massively. I walked away with the most beautiful piece of art I could imagine having on my body. The shop is so friendly and welcoming, the ladies are absolutely lovely and the conversation was flowing so effortlessly. Incredible artists, lovely and warm atmosphere! I'm getting two full sleeves and my back done by Yvonne, no doubt I will find other places I want tattooing. All Ivan say about her work is wow she always amazes me with what she comes up with and how she can make my body look better by the style and placement of my tattoos. Can't wait for my next sitting! Highly recommend both Yvonne and Aimie. I haven't yet been tattooed by Aimie but we have something planned and from what I have seen she is fantastic ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I made our first trip to the UK in May and hopped around various cities. We had been wanting to get tattoos at some point to commemorate our trip, and while stopping through for a day in Gloucester, we found the AMAZING Two Magpies studio right across from our Airbnb. We loved the work we saw online, and decided to stop in the shop. We only had one day in town, so we knew we were risking not being able to get in, but the ladies were SO sweet and awesome to work it out so that we could get our ink done that day. I can't say enough about how awesome this experience was! After travelling nearly 100 miles from Somerset, I was tattooed today by Rosie and I can honestly say it's the best tattoo experience I've ever had. From the offset, all the ladies are warm and welcoming and I felt relaxed before I'd even got in the chair, they genuinely can't do enough for you from making a brew or offering a pillow. Rosie is pure skill and talent, and the loveliest lady!
