Been coming to this shop for a couple of years but have come to my wits with it now. The owner has twice now, slipped me old pound coins in my change on two seperate occasions and this is not legal tender. So not only have i paid over the odds for my items but am losing out further by being twice diddled with my change. Also, she seems uninterested in serving. Absolutely appalling I got my helix pierced and they did it with a gun which is very bad and shatters your cartilage also they let me pick the earring to put in it but put the wrong one in and to top it if she put a butterfly back on the back which my skin healed over and now is infected so I am going to a good piercing shop to get my ear cleaned up and put a new hoop in it that isn’t over priced like this shop (ps the lady behind the till is nice but the older lady isn’t ) DO NIT HO HERE I didn’t even want to come back in to sort it out because I don’t want o bother with this shoo EVER again so bye hope you read This and feel bad for me Read Less

Spent a fair amount of money in this shop and everything that has been purchased has been faulty. Staff have offered to fix products but would only be temporary solution and refused refunds. On our last visit, one staff member was heard openly moaning amount a customer that had just left - saying they visit the shop every day but rarely purchases anything. I love the things they sell here, but I don't recommend for piercing. I got my ear lobes and my helix pierced here. What I didn't know at the time is that piercing cartilage (helix) with a gun is extremely dangerous and shouldn't be done - it can smash the cartilage in your ear! Not only did this give me a very sore and slowly healing helix piercing, but they couldn't even pierce my ear lobes straight, one of them is so wonky that you can actually see the back poking down un...derneath my ear lobe. I went to the best piercer in Cheltenham to get it all sorted. After 5 months, I had my helix changed to more expensive jewellery and this is now on the road to recovery. After 6 months, my ear lobes are still very sore and unhealed because (I've been told by a professional) they are so wonky that they just won't ever heal! And now I'm trying to take them out to let them close up, and the jewellery quality is so bad that I can't even get the backs off them! Very disappointed and want my money back to be honest. I did absolutely everything right in terms of the healing process, its down to the quality of the piercing and jewellery. I strongly recommend NOT going here for piercings, go to a professional! I come from Leeds so in comparison to cheltenham there is much more choice in the type of clothes , jewellery , decorations, rolling stuff, henna etc etc. And I was worried when I came to cheltenham that I wouldn't find these type of unique items and then I found Scarramouch and it is completely what I was searching for all in one beautiful shop.
