Make no mistake, Heidi Worman is the best there is. I looked long and hard, went to view work, you won't be disappointed. My review was over a year ago, I am still really happy with my eyebrows, I have now gone back for eyeliner (October 15) I noticed a nasty review about Heidi, I found it strange that she had good reviews going back many years, then this. I pointed out this review to Heidi, she knew nothing about it, she said she had never had a person with this name. I have just finished my second visit to Heidi and I am delighted! I did a lot of research before choosing Heidi, I found she had a great reputation and she doesn't disappoint! From the moment I met Heidi she put me at ease and was so friendly. Heidi showed me her portfolio which was very impressive, and she also discussed what type of brow strokes and shape would suit me, whilst also listening to what I would like. She drew on some shapes which I would never have been able to create! They looked absolutely perfect. Heidi used different measurements to ensure they were symmetrical and took a lot of care in making sure they were perfect. Before even starting the tattooing Heidi checked I was happy with the shape, she so went through what to expect, including that the brows would initially be 60% darker until they had healed and I had the final result. I was more than happy with all the information and after care Heidi gave me. When she initially started Heidi advised me that she needed to save the shape of the brows so it may feel scratchy. The pain was minimum and more than bareable. Naturally if Heidi has applied the numbing cream before doing this it would have then smudged the brows that she has drawn on and wouldn't have an outline to follow :-/ so I'm not sure why the previous review thought this would be a good idea.. Once Heidi had drawn the outline she then applied the numbing cream and continued. I did not feel a thing, and this is no exaggeration! I am so delighted with them and it has made such a difference not having to draw them on everyday! They look very natural and I would without a doubt recommend Heidi. She is so friendly and advised me if I had any questions to just contact her at any time. She has had many years experience at creating perfect brows for people! I am so happy, thank you so much Heidi! I really would not recommend using Heidi if you are not looking for grey/blueish coloured eyebrows. Before seeing her I specially asked if the colour would be tailored to my brows (I have mid-blonde hair) and was told that Heidi mixes up to nine colours together to get a perfect match. This was completely untrue - I was given heavy HEAVY black eyebrows which, despite Heidi saying would 'magically' fade to my match my eyebrow colour, remained far too dark and have now faded to a horrible grey/blueish colour. I have to spend a long time every morning and colouring over the top of the tattoo to try and cover it, as it does not match my eyebrow colour at all (and is also just a nasty colour). The shape was also all wrong - they eyebrows did not match in height and one was a lot thicker. If you look at the Towie girls who have had their eyebrows done, all the colours are the same; none of them look natural. As I said, if that is a look you don't mind then you may like Heidi. If you are look for a natural look to complement and match the colour of your existing brows, go for a professional who will actually do a proper job. Read Less

Hi just have to let you all no ! Heidi sorted out my bodged eyebrows that had been done twice before and looked a mess. I had a visit to Heidi and she just sorted them out for me . Easy as that i would recommend Heidi Worman to Everybody who wants only the best as i now no that my face is really important and cheap is not the best. I have wanted permanent makeup for years, talked to a few friends and looked at what they told me to look at!  well this lady was very different her worked looked very natural.   wanted really nice eyebrows (got them now)  I looked on the web heidiworman.co.uk and gave her a call, I have now moved to London so it was only around 40 miles away for me.contrary what you do read and here it was nothing like that!  I did not hurt at all( I am a wimp) and did not look (an does not) fake. I now know many famous people have had eyebrow tattoo.   My friends all envy my brows so much as they look full and beautiful, I may say myself.  I am only 30 years old but have never had really nice eyebrows, I kept looking in the magazines at all the nice girls and what you see on the TV all the time,  it was driving me mad!  I certainly recommend Heidi Worman ,many have said her work is excellent I now have to agree.  The best beauty treatment I have ever spent my money on?  yes!  Thank you Heidi Read Less
