I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by an establishment... the owner mark was just so rude to me and stormed out of his own shop for no reason whatsoever... all I asked was if I could get a cover up. ...
I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by an establishment... the owner mark was just so rude to me and stormed out of his own shop for no reason whatsoever... all I asked was if I could get a cover up. He said no I said ok then he was rude obnoxious and unprofessional! Myself sister and Mum have been a couple of times but they have now lost 3 customers due to the owners ‘bad mood’ not how you treat paying customers at all and will never go back or recommend anybody to go there again as I feel he doesn’t deserve custom if that is how he speaks to us. Was previously very happy with Emma’s work but unfortunately will not be returning. So shocked at today’s experience... disgusting level of customer service

I had Emma do my lotus flower mandala tattoo and she's amazing! I was really nervous about getting this tattoo done but she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable! Definitely going back!

He said no I said ok then he was rude obnoxious and unprofessional! Myself sister and Mum have been a couple of times but they have now lost 3 customers due to the owners ‘bad mood’ not how you treat paying customers at all and will never go back or recommend anybody to go there again as I feel he doesn’t deserve custom if that is how he speaks to us. Was previously very happy with Emma’s work but unfortunately will not be returning. So shocked at today’s experience... disgusting level of customer service
