I have had 2 large sittings here from tommy and the quality of work is phenomenal my girlfriend also had a large custom piece done that Luke was happy to draw up and do and also looks amazing, your made to feel so comfortable and part of the furniture when your there and always being asked if your ok and if you would like a drink they can’t do enough for you, such a friendly atmosphere would highly recommend for anyone and the owner is clearly proud of he’s staff which is a rare thing to see these days couldn’t give 10 stars so had to settle with 5 Read Less

I had my very first tattoo done by Nat Church a few weeks back. As it was my first I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect. Nat was great, he reassured me throughout the whole process and was extremely professional in terms of aftercare advice. This is the first time in my life I have ever been angry and disappointed enough to write a bad review. I am tolerant and patient but this has annoyed me too much. I have been let down twice now by Sam and Tom, the first time was not too much of an issue, however for it to have happened a second time is unacceptable. Booking one person per tattoo slot is very basic. If you do make the mistake of double booking however you should then give the slot to the person who has been b...ooked in longest - not prioritise the person who has booked out more days and so inevitably the one you will make the most money from. This makes it clear to see what you care about the most, and customer satisfaction is clearly not it. Despite being so angry earlier to have not only lost my slot but also to have had wasted time booked off work and wasted money on train tickets, I am now thinking I have escaped from a disorganised and poorly run studio.
