I've been here a couple of times now and it's been effortless both times. Today I had a nose piercing done here, the staff put me at ease and it was all finished within a few mins. Clean place with a wide variety of jewellery to chose from. Also they had the confidence to put a ring in straight away whereas some places only allow you to start with a stud. All good! Read Less

An old friend of mine goes here to get his piercings and I've accompanied him here to get a piercing sorted out, and I was impressed by the way it looked inside and when I decided upon getting my nose pierced, I decided to go here for it. However, when I got my piercing the piercer used a gun which I know you're not supposed to do on cartilage. I haven't had any difficulties with my piercing, of course the healing time took longer than what it would have done if I had got it done with a needle. I know about what could've happened if I had complications with the piercing, and I count myself lucky that nothing had happened. Don't get your nose pierced here!! I got mine done a few days ago and it's gone all horrible. They used a gun to pierce it which Claire's told me they aren't aloud to use, and they didn't clean my nose before or after. I have to take my stud out now as it fell out earlier and has gone infected! Went to Claire's for some advice and they said should never use a gun to pierce noses, now I have to wait for it to heal and get it pierced again and the opposite side to what I wanted! :( Read Less

Me and my hubby get our tattoos done at Sheelagh Ross Tattoo shop, I've had my lip and nose pierced as well and we have no complaints. The Staff are friendly and welcoming and Sheelaugh herself makes you feel calm while doing your tattoo which is a good thing so you don't think about the pain.
