I had my script tattoo done with Giles last week and I am so happy with it. His line work is impeccable and i was made aware by various tattoo artists how difficult this is to do so I'm all the more impressed. I had it done on my ribs, which is hardly comfortable but Giles' made me feel as comfortable as possible. Was let down big time by one of the Junior artists (no names need to be given) They recommended an artist who felt out of his depth, instead of client retention, they just pushed me aside and returned my deposit.... a day before my first sitting! Consultation was good. I was told I would receive the design for my sleeve 1- 2 weeks before and paid £215 deposit, after not receiving the design I phoned up and they said it would be sent over 1-2 days before. I received the design at 7.30pm the night before and did not like the design, when I asked for things to be changed I was told there was nothing that could be done as there was no time left. I spoke to the receptionist the following morning who told me it was my fault and was very rude. I've lost out on my deposit and feel cheated. Read Less

Monumental Ink not being responsible for "the healing process" is a cop out, I have other tattoos from another QUALITY artist that have healed perfect and look fresh over a year later - the eyes of my portrait have gone cloudy and the dark ink has bled into the colour. This was done by Sorin at Monumental. My portrait is ugly and unrealistic and I will get it lazered off asap! Read Less

Initially requested an appointment with Steve Toth on 24th October 2016 and have had to wait until today the 16th December 2016 the following response:- He hasn't picked my tattoo as one he would like to tattoo. Staff were very rude when I contacted initially trying to palm me off to go elsewhere. Really bad customer service would not recommend at all. Read Less
