After much research Firefly looked the best and I was not wrong. The shop is bright and modern and the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Phill spent just over 2 hours on my very old tattoo and transformed it in to something truly spectacular. Even I don't remember what it looked like before. Would just like to say a big thank you and I will be back soon xxx

I just spent an entire day with Ashlea receiving one of the most amazing tattoos I've ever seen (a memorial for my dad). The whole day was incredible, from the bright, clean, friendly energy of the shop, to the lovely and highly helpful staff. In fact, the entire experience has been a pleasure since the very first call I made to them, and every step since then has been smooth and easy. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be returning for more ink from Ashlea ASAP!

He was meticulous from start to finish and a real perfectionist. He chatted to me throughout as did other members of the team which made it a really enjoyable experience. The whole day was incredible, from the bright, clean, friendly energy of the shop, to the lovely and highly helpful staff. In fact, the entire experience has been a pleasure since the very first call I made to them, and every step since then has been smooth and easy.
