Just had my 2nd tattoo done by Noel. He is very talented. I checked out most Parlours in the area and asked a lot of people I met with some really good tats, my conclusion is that Noel is the best for detailed tattoos. After Pintados the only other place I would use are Firefly in Hailsham (my sister has used them) or Lords ink in Bexhill.
