I would highly recommend anyone, whether it be for a first tattoo or continuing work to have them do it. Completely shocked at how I have been treated as a potential customer, charged me twice for a deposit and point blank refusing a refund. Have not received any form of service or refund at all. Owners gave out my personal information to someone and sent them to my house to threaten me because I dare ask for a refund. I would be very careful if you have any disputes using these as I am currently reporting them to the police and trading standards. Following on from your respons...e Lou I am not willing to remove my review. There are a lot of details to this case and I am more than willing to post the entire series of events on here, however for the time being this case is being dealt with by the trading standards. You have committed a breach of contract by not offering me any form of service or refund. As you are aware I posted you a letter last night in which you have 14 days to respond. You have also committed a criminal offence by releasing my personal information to a 3rd party breaking the data protection act, and also as a result of this had the 3rd party attend my house making threats and being aggressive. I have a record of all messages sent and I am more than happy for the police to have your version of events as they also have mine. There were several witnesses to the night where I was threatened in my own home due to this. I got all 3 of my tattoos from inkscape and each time have been extremely happy with the results. It's a lovely atmosphere in there and Lou and Lee make sure you are very comfortable. They are very talented and creative. Would definitely recommend. Read Less

I only popped in for a little thing, very happy that Lee took what I wanted and did his own thing with it, I'd normally walk in show what I want and get as near as they can to it without much thought and walk out feeling uninspired this place felt different, had a Very friendly, very relaxed atmosphere and I'll definitely be booking in again!
