First time visiting the shop today to get two piercings from Kirsty. The shop was absolutely spotless. Kirsty was lovely and explained everything she was going to do and put me totally at ease. Will definitely come back in the future.

Been in Scotland for two weeks and I'm leaving tomorrow, had been looking for a place to get something quite small done. My bf and I stumbled upon Hard Luck when Niky was leaving for the day.. got chatting and asked if he accepted walk ins, soon after he opened up shop again and set up to tattoo me. Was so happy with the service and result. For me, there is only one place in Kilmarnock to go! Thanks mate!

Me an ma niece got our nose pierced Here yesterday so happy with them, the piercer was fantastic especially with my wee niece made her feel so relaxed an comfortable. She explained everything as she was doing it! Also the place was so clean an hygienic, and the rest of staff were great made you feel at ease. I will definitely be back but for my next tattoo! Thanks guys �

Been working on a sleeve since November time last year and Niky has made a cracking job of it � Doesn't mess about when you are in gets stuck right in and gets the work done, but his work is amazing, heals perfect if you listen to his advice and do what he says, shop is absolutely spotless. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a tattoo as he is shit hot at what he does �
