Customer service dire. Refused point blank to do my tattoo today. Went in there yesterday and they were fine, come today the response I got was ‘no sorry’. Very petty and childish. You might walk past this studio, make sure yiu take a look though. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, there is that personal touch - and make no mistake, the ladies know how to ink fab tattoos! I finally decided to get a new tattoo, 20 odd years after the last one and man i was anxios. Angie was patient and made sure we got the design right. Terrible customer service, basic manners need to be learnt on how to approach and talk to customers. Very petty and childish when answering questions and try to intimidate. Very childish when I was walking out the door as they continued to make stupid comments which I would only expect from children. Awesome tattoo session yesterday with Angi. First one in 15 years and I've woken up all excited today! My daughter and I were made welcome, given tea, Angi spent ages making sure we were on the same page, and we chatted about all my loves- crochet, art, tattoos. After being disappointed by several Bournemouth studios showing little interest in a small (but very significant to me!) cover-up, I walked into a warm inviting shop with lots of smiles and helpfulness. I was seen as luck would have it I think 20mins of popping in and came out with a gorgeous tattoo. I'm a little late writing this, however, I recently visited England (I'm from Canada) in October and wanted to get my first tattoo. I had made contact online before I travelled and they were so nice to deal with I went ahead and pre-booked an appointment prior to leaving Canada. The atmosphere was very comfortable and HB did my tattoo. She was super nice and did an awesome job! I love my tattoo and already working on a design for another! Being new to the area I contacted many tattoo companies locally for some artwork on my chest. Out of 15 people I contacted, only 6 replied. After describing what I wanted I had quotes. However with Dr Feelgood studios, thy asked for pictures of my chest and then within 2 days I had a drawing! Wow! Nothing paid, Nothing upfront. They didn't push about money AT ALL. Infact until they had the artwork the way I wanted we didn't even talk costs. Angie did a fantastic unique design⋯⋯. Even after the design I asked them about deposit they didn't ask me. Prices quoted and rough time given. I went there yesterday to have the chest tattoo done. They are the most welcoming studio I have ever been too. I feel like I have known these ladies for years. They welcomed my kids in there, made me tea all afternoon, we had a chat, a laugh and a wonderful tattoo. Even free advice on my pets! Time turned out to be a bit quicker and price was reduced accordingly. Honestly from the bottom of my heart if you want to get tattoos done come here. Such a happy, welcoming fantastic place.
