Every time I've been in, I've been made to feel so at home. Simon and Caroline are the friendliest and most professional people I've ever met. All of my tattoos are perfect, and really lasting. 10/10

I had my first visit to a tattoo shop in 16 years, i can honestly say that my experience of Scribe tattoo in Bournemouth today (05032013) was nothing short of excellent.I went to scribe with a picture of a Welsh dragon that i wanted them to do and the artist Lucy has done an excellent job. On my arrival at scribe i was made to feel very comfortable with chatty and very friendly staff with a relaxed atmosphere.Whilst Lucy was doing my tattoo she was very chatty and we talked about how things have changed since i had my last tattoo 16 years ago,i was also given a nice cup of tea whilst Lucy created my Welsh dragon.If you are thinking of getting a tattoo and live in Bournemouth i could not recommend Scribe tattoo highly enough the premises is spotless and as said before the staff excellent.Thanks Lucy for creating my dragon exactly how i wanted it.
Today 10082017 I have attended Scribe for the second time in four years. On arrival as previously Simon and Caroline were very chatty and friendly. I went back to scribe as their premises are immaculate and they clearly enjoy what they do.I wanted an old tattoo covered up with a military themed tattoo and couldn't be more pleased it is exactly what I wanted again the standard of Simon's work is excellent I have no problems awarding Scribe 5 stars.

Big Fat 5 Stars from me. Simon made a cracking start on my sleeve this weekend, I am truly amazed how much he got done in 2 hours. I have been collecting tattoos for years. Very happy here.

I have had some work here on my leg and arm both of them need to be removed because of the poor work ,wonky gone in to deep very poor work ,it's costing me £80 hour to have both of them removed I've had 10 sessions on my leg to remove there poor work and it will need another 10 you add that up at £80 hour and the pain of laser that's before I start on my arm
Don't use these guys !!!!...........update to there reply they don't have me on there system would of liked to chat first before my review .... firstly I've sent a email to them a photo of my leg tattoo no reply and having a chat with these two is going to end up in them paying for the tattoo removed on my leg and arm ......please everyone there's better tattoo artis in Bournemouth old Christchurch rd

What can I say. . . . Turned up and was given a coffee straight away! The studio was amazing clean vibrant and felt at ease, as for Simon � his talent is awesome and he is a cool man old skool music playing in the background he even inks to the beat lol Catherine at front of house is superb such a warm welcome from them both I was that impressed I booked two further tattoos there and then! All I can say is if you want a great service and great atmosphere #scribe is the place to be! Well done

First tattoo and its awful, obviously was in a rush and couldn't be bothered. It's sloppy and messy, lines are not complete or even straight and you can see how unsymmetrical it is. Considering its only small and all lines you'd think that it wouldn't be that hard. The dots are different sizes and different distances apart. Now I have got to pay someone else to fix it and change it for me. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Both my boyfriend and I went in yesterday to get a couples tattoo. I have to say both of us are very pleased with the outcome and the service received. Both Caroline and Simon spent a long time talking with us and making sure we were 100% on what we wanted and where we wanted it. They even took the time to discuss with us possible cover up options for previous tattoos. I would recommend these two to anyone! Extremely happy and shall be returning next month! Thanks guys xx

I got a tattoo here last year after getting a voucher as a gift. I was a bit wary as I have heard very mixed reviews of the studio. I decided on a simple quote of my ribs under my boob. First of all the tattoo took 15 mins and I was charged £70. This wouldn't of bothered me if I was happy with the tattoo but it is wonky and the grammar is wrong! I've tried to get in touch with the studio via Facebook where I have been ignored when I tried to tell them I wasn't happy. I am now having to pay another artist to to a massive cover up to get rid of it. I would not recommend this studio to my worst enemy!

I've been here three times to complete my lower arm sleeve that I've built up over time and I couldn't be happier. Caroline is such an amazing women, very welcoming and is always ready to have a little chat with you. Simon understood from the get go what I was looking to get. A few tweaks were made from the original design which in all just made it even better. He's a very experienced tattoo artist and it shows in his work. For anyone looking to get their first tattoo or just add another to their collection these guys are perfect for you, I couldn't reccomend them enough.

I got my first tattoo yesterday. I've been coming scribe for over a year with my partner as he gets all his tattoos here so I knew how high their standards are. I got a large piece done and I was a bit of a wriggler and all that. Simon was so patient and keep giving me breaks when the pain was getting to much for me. Caroline and Simon are so kind and caring. If I manage to sum up the courage to get a second tattoo I will only ever go to scribes. Thankyou so much guys!!!!

My step mum uses scribe, and seeing the work on her arms i knew scribe was the right place to go. I was not disappointed. I went in for a quote on a cover-up on my forearm and they totally understood ...
My step mum uses scribe, and seeing the work on her arms i knew scribe was the right place to go. I was not disappointed. I went in for a quote on a cover-up on my forearm and they totally understood what i wanted and booked me in right away. I have had the tattoo done now and its better than i expected and i love it. Simon was great with working around what i wanted considering it was a cover-up, and ended up with a beautiful result. I was totally cared for which was appreciated as i hadn't had a tattoo in years. Caroline is always so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable and at home. Beautiful tattoo, beautiful service, beautiful people!

Both my boyfriend and I went in yesterday to get a couples tattoo. I have to say both of us are very pleased with the outcome and the service received. Both Caroline and Simon spent a long time talking with us and making sure we were 100% on what we wanted and where we wanted it. I've been here three times to complete my lower arm sleeve that I've built up over time and I couldn't be happier. Caroline is such an amazing women, very welcoming and is always ready to have a little chat with you. Simon understood from the get go what I was looking to get.
