Paid £100 deposit for a tattoo, having discussed with the artist what I wanted she said she was unable to do the piece as she didn’t feel confident and for me to speak to one of the other artists, Charlotte whom I had previously been to and love had left, so I did not want to book in with someone else! Over a month later I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned, it went into the wrong bank account and now the owner ignores all my messages, thinks because they aren’t opened he can say he hasn’t seen them! I am a single parent whom can not afford to give £100 away. Very disappointed with this service and appalled that you are happy to do this to a previously happy client! Read Less

There's no way you can give this place under 5 stars. Where do I begin. Charlotte's talent is absolutely mind blowing, you can't help but put all your trust in her and know that you are going to get an absolutely wicked tattoo. The atmosphere there is great and everyone is very welcoming. Everyone feeds off each other and they all seem interested in each other's work and they praise each other up which is great to see in a work place. Can't fault anything at this place. A classy studio with a great atmosphere and quality artists. Made my way up from Oxfordshire to get my fingers done by Ariel (Guest artist) and it couldn't have gone any smoother. I got really looked after by people who knew what they were doing, I'll 100% be back. X Read Less
