In Regards To Abigail Law's Review.
I actually have to disagree with your review as l was in the studio when you both came in. The young lady who was asked for her ID was really polite, and went off to get her ID from her car upon leaving the studio the other girl slammed the door (I mean SLAMMED) the door shut. When you came back you left the door open and was asked by the young lady on the counter “would you mind closing the door please” of which you took one step towards the door reached out and pushed it with force causing it to slam AGAIN which bought two members of staff running down stairs to what had happened.
I can confirm, the door is not heavy, and it was not a windy day at all (trust me, the sign for the shop next door is noisy when it’s windy!). Nobody was staring at you, most of the staff was busy when you came in, and they were shocked when they heard the door slam (twice!) and looked up.
Also, you’re forgetting to add that when you left (closing the door very quietly), you stuck your middle finger up through the window at the staff.
Oh, and you’re accusing a business of being rude, when you referred to someone as a ‘fat lady’, I’d say that’s pretty rude!

When walking into piece of art today I had never been so rudely talked to in my life. I closed the door behind me as the lady at the counter told me to be then the fat lady started shouting at me accusing me of slamming the door when I clearly did not and was most likely the wind. I was confused when she asked if I was “mad at them” or something because the door closed loudly and when I apologised she decided to be more horrible with an aggressive “thankyou”. If she would of asked me nicely I would of tried to shut the door abit quieter next time as it is a heavy door and was not my fault it made a noise when it was closed. The lady at the counter then carried on the rudeness when talking to my friend disrespectfuly as she was the one getting the piercing and funding the business!! My friend made it clear that she was not going to spend any money here if that’s the kind of service we are going to receive.

Had a tattoo done here when finished it looked good but as it began healing it faded terrible in places. 1 piece in particular is extremely black. When I went in to see if it could be fixed as it was done there, I was told bluntly £50 and up depending on how long it takes. I don't find this reasonable based on it wasn't due to aftercare as I was being told. I have 9 other tattoos, 1 of which is a half sleeve and never had to have any redone, just this 1.

I walked in today a very nervous person wanting my daith piercing, Lesley could see how anxious I was and suggested a different piercing which helps with anxiety! After a long decision I made my mind up and went for what she had recommended! (I can't remember the actually name of the piercing tho �) Elizabeth who did the piercing was amazing and very understandable and felt such at ease with her!... I didn't feel a thing just a little pressure and was over the moon with the finished look, felt that good that my friend then had hers done too! Absolutely love the Breastfeeding and babywearing tattoo I had done by Paige. It has healed brilliantly and has been admired by everyone who has seen it. My Daith piercing I had done a few weeks ago has also been a great success in drastically reducing my headaches. I'd definitely recommend you to everyone. Very friendly and approachable staff.

Had a tattoo done a few months back, the quality is shocking and it healed really poorly, has scarred my skin, some parts are faded already and other bits have blown out, yet I'm now expected to pay to have it touched up because the artists messed it up, to begin with I was willing to do this but after a few messaged back and forward the artists stopped responding when I requested when she was free, won't be coming here and would not recommend it, overpriced for poor quality with just an outline. If you're willing to have someone walk around with your artwork on their body, with them putting your name to it, you should want it to look 100% and as good as it can, that's pretty embarrassing.

The biggest let down about this place is the staff. The artist is great and her care and manor was first class. For this they get an a1 rating. The girls behind the counter however, have no sense of privacy. The shop was full and she loudly asked what my appointment was for.. now I'm a private person and she just kept on asking questions. Be prepared for this if you go there.

Had ALL of my piercings here, (I think there has been about 32 in total) NEVER had any problems, the staff are friendly, always look presentable and clean, the shop is very clean and hygienic! Can't fault any of the staff for what they do and how they do it! If I've ever had any problems such as balls on piercings needing loosening they have always been very helpful and only charge a very small price for loosening/changing! 10stars✨✨ from me!

I am absolutely disgusted with the poor service I have received here. I had my ears pierced here a few weeks ago and I wanted to change my earrings, after trying to unscrew the ball for about a week with no success I thought I would go back in and ask for some help to unscrew them, only for the lady to rudely tell me I would have to pay extra ( the same lady who pierced them a few weeks ago).I find it disgusting after already paying in the first place and it being through no fault of my own that they are screwed on too tight. I was not told this at the time of my piercings. It seems to me that they want to try and get as much money from you as possible with no care for the customer. Very poor customer service and aftercare.

I had my tattoo done by Chris today and even though he is currently training as a tattooist, he is amazing. His artwork is phenomenal. He put in all his hard work and dedication into the detail of my tattoo. I have had so many tattoos done by other tattooists but Chris's tattoo is by far the best. I absolutely love my tattoo. The staff were very friendly and polite and the atmosphere is so lovely. I would highly recommend people ask for Chris. I promise you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be coming here again in the future.

While the design of the place is pretty and they're organised, the staff are not so friendly. Going in, I felt judgemental eyes. They are also overpriced while their knowledge off piercings are not as grand as they make it appear. In fact, their knowledge is very little, they are strictly business, the owner and manager simply looking to make money.

I actually have to disagree with your review as l was in the studio when you both came in. When walking into piece of art today I had never been so rudely talked to in my life. I closed the door behind me as the lady at the counter told me to be then the fat lady started shouting at me accusing me of slamming the door when I clearly did not and was most likely the wind. I am absolutely disgusted with the poor service I have received here. He put in all his hard work and dedication into the detail of my tattoo. I have had so many tattoos done by other tattooists but Chris's tattoo is by far the best. I absolutely love my tattoo.
