I have had several lengthy inking sessions with Katt. I love my ink and get so much attention and positive feedback on it. DP are are my go too tattoo studio despite now being 3 hours drive away. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to tattoo me. The studio is clean and they use state of the art equipment. Yes they can be expensive but I pay for quality and peace of mind that I will get exactly what I ask for and the quality speaks for itself. People who are immature enough to leave reviews criticising the appearance of the people that work there, are people who should have their fingers chopped off purely so they're unable to leave reviews, at least then they wouldn't have to worry about the perfectly reasonably price quoted to them for a finger tattoo. Had my nose pierced by Hannah who put you at ease and made you want to stay in the shop chatting, lovely girl! Whilst there booked in for tattoos the next day Ginge did my dad's whilst Katt did my terrified mums and mine. Fantastic service and felt like we were with friends. Tattoos all amazing. Stumbled across the studio whilst on my honeymoon last year and popped in. Me and my wife both ended up having a tatt each which was expertly done by ginge. Last week my wife surprised me for my bday by booking me in with Kat to do some more on my sleeve. Have to say what a great professional tattoo studio this is. I came to Keswick for a few days getaway with my partner and at the spur of the moment decided to get a tattoo. I contacted Dark Passions and within an hour or so I had a reply stating they had room for me to come into their shop the next day! Katt and her daughter Harriet made me feel welcome and so at ease when I was in the studio! So polite and friendly that I felt like I had known them forever. I initially met Katt at Paradise II tattoo shop in Halifax and when she started her own shop I had to use her again. She is an amazing artist and tattooist. She has now done half a sleeve on me and a full sleeve on my partner. From the initial consultation to the finished article she always has the customer in mind and is always professional. The shop has a lovely atmosphere, (unlike most shops out there which are quite dark and gloomy) and you always feel welcome.
