AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I got a piercing done here around 1 week ago, the man doing it was obviously an alcoholic he had half a bottle of vodka on his desk which made me scared as he was stumbling abit. now my piercing is all infected and horrible which will have been his fault. it's very un professional and i think he needs some help i don't recommend this place is disgusting and the people working there are horrible people and i didn't like the way they were talking to me at all its an disgrace and frankly disgusting. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

Had a rose done on my hand 5-7-18 and couldnt be happier with Lee's work! Stunning tattoo, very high level of work. Some proper funny crack in the studio too. Wont go anywere else now theres just no reason too. Only thing is the waiting times are pretty long but tbf i see why this level of work and attention to detail is worth waiting for. Cheers Lee i've never been more happy with a tattoo \m/

The other two reviews are absolutly unfair. The lady with the rose on her back, im sorry love but if a tattoo is awful would you not rather know? They would of fixed it. The guy going on about his image being used? DONT PUT IT ONLINE FOR ALL TO USE/SEE.Now to a review by a customer. I have many tattoos 25+ and have been tattooed from artists up and down the UK due to spending time in the forces. The work i had done by Lee is the best i have ever had the attention to detail is un-real! It looks more like a painting than a tattoo the man is a wizard! The shop is super clean, open and full of laughter and banter, such a good place to go for a tattoo, i will only come here from now on.

Excellent immaculate well laid out studio. Chris fully explained what he intended to do and ensured I was happy with his plan. Excellent tattoo and cover will certainly recommend this studio .

Excellent experience - our first tattoo ! The team are friendly and helpful and fitted us in at very short notice. Quality of work excellent and the studio is state of the art.

Had my first big tattoo done today by Chris and he was absolutely amazing! Tattoo Is gorgeous and he made me feel so comfortable and we cracked on straight away, which is was I needed from how nervous I was! All the other artists and Sue were so friendly too.
Atmosphere in the shop was lovely and made my experience so enjoyable.
The quality of work they produce is insane.
My first visit today but 100% not my last, would recommend to anyone!!

Feeling really let down by this studio. Have had two tattoos done at this place and was very happy with them and the service so that when me and my Mam decided to get matching tattoos I tried to book an appointment. I called in a few weeks before to get a price range etc where the tattoo artist said to my face I wouldn't need an appointment that something like that could be done on the day. However we thought it best to make an appointment.
I got in contact with the studio and asked for an appointment. They did take a while to reply however I looked past this as I do think the artists are good. I asked for an appointment on the 31st of may at any time to which I got a reply that I could turn up on the day and be 'taken care' of.
Me and my Mam made the travel to the studio all excited and ready to get it done. To be told there was no space. I am very annoyed at this as I did try and make an appointment so that I was guaranteed to get it done but was told NO that wasn't needed.
Both me and my Mam are very disappointed as we are out in Durham this Saturday and we're looking forward to showing it off. If it has been that I needed and appointment and had just showed up this would be understandable but I asked for an appointment 11 days before to be told it wasn't needed.
The receptionist said sorry but didn't even ask us if we wanted to reschedule. Feel very let down and disappointed. Will now go else where. So if anyone wants to get an appointment here and they say just come on the day and it will be done, don't take their word for it and get an appointment.

Absolutely appalling service!!!I went in to ask about reworking a tattoo as I am getting married in July, and I am wanted to extend and add more detail to my back tattoo as I have a backless dress.They told me to laser it off and basically made me feel horrific about myself. They didn't ask what that tattoo meant to me, or what I even wanted (I didn't ask for it to be covered up, just redone so that it looks better and extended further down my back), I have never left a shop feeling so upset and embarrassed by a group of rude men.When I told them that all my tattoos were done in the same shop, and that I had spoken to a guy a few months ago who said he could make it look much better for my wedding for £90, they laughed and said they wouldn't touch it.After leaving the shop I found out that they have changed management so the guy I spoke to obviously doesn't work there anymore, which is something they could have told me while I was there, but they decided to leave that out.I normally say that people with tattoos and piercings are some of the nicest people I know, but every person in this shop was so unbelievable rude, they are the ones who give tattooed people a bad name.Thank you so much for making me feel awful about my tattoos when I came to you for help, instead of giving me options or even just plainly saying 'I'm really sorry but I can't do it'.

Absolutely brilliant place to get tattooed the artists listen to what you want and make it amazing with each artists own original ideas. My sons 1st tattoo has just been completed today and he's already booked in for his back to be done. I've had a couple of small pieces done and hoping for a full back cover up soon. Cannot recommend highly enough 5***** without a doubt 😀

From start to finish, the staff here were lovely and the process of booking an appointment was quick and easy. Chris did an amazing job on my cover up tattoo- better than I ever imagined it would look. A true artist. Whilst there I saw others getting tattoos which all looked amazing. Strongly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning here and no where else if I ever want another tattoo!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Feeling really let down by this studio. Have had two tattoos done at this place and was very happy with them and the service so that when me and my Mam decided to get matching tattoos I tried to book an appointment.
