Pushing Ink is a really awesome shop, it has a really friendly atmosphere and all the guys who work there are lovely and awesome at what they do (pics attached for proof! Went in today to get my nose pierced, and I wish I could remember the name of the man who pierced it because he was so helpful and pleasant. It's been 10 years since I've last had a piercing and I didn't find it daunting at all because it was such a relaxed atmosphere. He talked me through the aftercare, how to change the stud, ways of looking after it etc and I couldn't have asked for better service. I was given a bag with saline solution, all the details I needed and contact details to message them if I needed any advice. And sweets too! I feel a bit unfair writing this review as I haven't been inked myself here but I know a few people that have. The reports have all been very good and that's coming from two very hard to please people.  Whilst I was around the area I called in to get a lip bar for my friend and ended up getting not one but three lip bars for £10 so that kept me happy (I love a bargain!) and my friend (who got three instead of one!) In the shop there's a cool wee fish tank and the shop is well laid out where you can see the designs etc from the artists. The guys who work there are all really friendly and good craic, I had a bit of banter (with a guy who I think is called Robin?) and I would definitely think about coming here when I'm going  to get my next tattoo. I have a little bit of a penchant for piercings. Not that you would know, most of them are very discreet. I have six in total, four of which have been done here, so I can personally vouch for the quality and safety of their practice.They are very good about explaining every step of the process so you know exactly what to expect (if you wish, some people would rather not know!) and take the time to make you feel at ease. I'm the sort of person who gets terrified about having an injection at the doctor's, but I would not think twice about going to Pushing Ink and having a piercing done,the latter is much less scary!The interior of the shop is modern, funky and most importantly, scrupulously clean! There is a huge array of artwork from past tattoos adorning the shop, and a massive choice of bars/studs/hoops for your piercings.Pushing Ink offer tattoo's, tattoo removal and piercing.They give you excellent aftercare advice, detailing exactly what you need to do to ensure that you piercing or tattoo is cared for properly, and particularly for piercings, that they heal as they should.
